This is what people used to eat in Russia. Sort of like American bologna (i.e. baloney). So why was it called "Doctor's Sausage"? Apparently it supposed to be a health food. Really???? I suppose if your were starving and malnourished (as many were at the time) it WOULD have been a health food. I agree.. calling it "Stalin's Weiner" would not have been a good idea, it would have gotten you into a Gulag.

Quite entertaining. Don't think it'd be possible to cheat like this in table tennis - what would you do? Illegal serves? Have a trick net that raises and lowers depending on who's hitting the ball? Edges and net cords are too random to manipulate... Maybe that's why the man plays golf.

Before the days of Subaru vs Mitsubishi in rally car racing, it was Audi vs Lancia.



Back to TT in the good old days. 1983, my two favourite plays, Guo Yuehua and Cao Yanhua, were world champions. It was the good old days for a lot of things!
