I got in and started up my lancer evo. I was going on a drive or 5, piloting it to get my pulse racing. Those Mitsubishi designers had definitely targeted the performer in me, at least I think that was their intention, it was so intense.

Thought I'd have a crack at the local SP bookie about who would master twister first. 999 times out of a thousand that would be me. Betting on two flies walking up a wall has got nothing on this.

On the current LARC there is a brand named Crack, with modells named:
SP
999
Master
Twister

That is all.

Conspiracies are where you look for them.

But can you tell what the inspiration for the narration was that I fitted the rubber names into? :)

Going in to the final event of the decathlon, he was not worried about speed. He'd done OK in the long jump, landing in the soft sand OK. He had done the javelin technically well, getting plenty of spin into his casts. All in all things were looking pretty good. Then ...

I always wondered why she didn't go Swiss Airlines to Australia. Some holdover from a meteorological forecasting autistic's memory of the safest airline, perhaps. But she did go for an epic journey on a railway that went zigging and zagging up hill and down dale in that case.

"A large G & T my man, with a slice of lemon" was my order to the bar tender.
"Cop a load of this one" was his rejoinder when slinging one my way.
"I could 'a' put away a couple of them as long as they're not spiked" was my reply.
By now the bar tender was polishing another glass, slick as you like.
I told him he could have a squash on my tab as I didn't want to drink solo.
But that seemed to be my destiny as he refused my largesse.

"That's just not done here!" he exclaimed. Mac's attack had been very underhanded while his opponent had turned away, versus the opponent's above board approach. The referee almost stopped the fight at this point, but after a warning let it go on.
