I'd be surprised if there wasn't, but it'd probably be in German, and on one of those long pips sites (noppentest etc.).

I am not an OX expert (always used a sponge), and I'll try not to repeat what others have said. Here are my two cents:

A strong backspin - whether it's a serve or just heavy pushes mid-rally - is something that should not, normally, be bothering a defender. I have a couple of responses when someone tries to "out-push" me.

1) Twiddle and push inverted. I do this a lot; it's subconscious, and I kind of decide depending on the ball coming at me. If the push is super heavy, I normally twiddle, but I also can...

2) ...Push with pips, no matter how heavy the push is. This one is a skill that requires substantial practice but pays off big dividends. I'm not gonna go into the mechanics of the shot, but you pretty much have to brush the ball horizontally -- regardless of whether or not you have the sponge... gotta brush -- lots of videos on this topic. If you do this consistently, the ball your opponent gets is difficult and very inconsistent, varying from light underspin to no-spin to topspin. Add inverted pushes (above) into this mix, and their brain will quickly overheat, and they will start making lots and lots of mistakes.

I'll keep my reply -- hopefully it helps somebody one day
