Then you have won half the battle. I have precisely the same problem with many kinds of spins, especially if they are short as the trajectory is harder for me to read, but sometimes, even when I read the spin, I don't have a stroke. But once you have practiced, then you are good to go. Then you just have to marry the read to the stroke preparation and stroke execution. Depending on how you loop, it may require a change to your backswing or to your follow throw etc. so it's not just enough to be able to read the spin, you have to know what stroke you are going to use. All of this is best built with practice. Intellectualizing it makes it hard to execute under pressure.
