When you thrown the ball up, do you practice varying where you make contact on the blade to vary the amount of spin you get? |

Yes, this is very important for no spin and heavy spin serves. Near the edge for heavy spin, near handle for less spin. |

Yes, this is a basic serving skill imo. If you don't do this already then learn it, it will improve your service a lot. My no spin serve, disguised as a heavy backspin, is probably the serve I get most points from. Especially when it's 9-9 and my opponent is too scared of putting the return in the net. |

With an OverSize blade it becomes insanely effective! Disguise ANYTHING! |
