A while ago, some rubber items were suspended from the ITTF LARC for having abnormal composition of the topsheet.

Oh???? Please tell us when "a while ago" was, WHICH rubbers these were, and what was "abnormal" about them. As far as I can remember, the only inverted sheets this happened to was Sanwei A+, and that was because they were caught selling two topsheets under the same name. One was tacky and one wasn't - I'm not sure if THAT was the problem, or whether the topsheets had different geometry. One that SHOULD be removed (because there actually are three different topsheets with different pip heights) is still in the LARC as far as I can see (and I'm not saying what it is because I don't want it banned because Igor goes blabbing to the ITTF about it).

I'll bet Igor's making this up again. Let's see if he comes up with this list.
