Hey all,
My dad just came back from China with a Prasidha Custom Paddle:

Blade: Prasidha Kensei Carbon Fibre
Rubbers: Prasidha Frankfurt, Prasidha Osaka

To me, it seems like the rubbers have a medium-low throw. Slightly tacky, so it seems like both Chinese-themed and Euro-themed players can adapt somewhat to the setup. It's decently fast with spin a bit on the meh side. Because of this, it takes a bit of control to handle, but it really isn't extreme. Seems like a solid setup for an intermediate player.

I've observed that there aren't many threads commenting on Prasidha equipment (maybe since it's hard to get outside of China). Why don't we start one? I invite anyone and everyone to share some thoughts on my equipment and setup, or on Prasidha equipment in general.

Looking forward to some action,
Chumbucket

Yes I think you're right. They don't seem to make any effort to distribute outside HK.

Just because they're expensive, doesn't mean they're special... anyone can make an expensive blade. 8)

I have tried both Prasidha Frankfurt and Twister. Frankfurt is a fh rubber that is hard and non-sticky. Twister is softer and a decent bh rubber, also non-sticky. For their price it's not bad.

my father also has prashidha bat and rubbers from hong kong. im guessing ur from hong kong? well prasidha is mainly only availible in hong kong from what i researched. also from what i found it is also somehow related to double fish? maybe just a different name.

the blades cost loads up to £200 and its not a very well known brand. i hope to get more info aswell as im curious whether if prasidha are any good

I don't know any rubbers by Prasidha that's tacky since most of their rubbers are made in Japan and Germany.

Frankfurt and Osaka are their middle level rubbers, Tokyo and Apple are their top level rubbers.

As far as blades their best seller would be the Hinoki Carbon 1902 (medium level price) and the Kendo series (expensive). The Kendo blade design was copied by Joola to make their Wing blade series.

Their prices relatively high but many are worth it since the performance is good and they have good durability. The two rubbers that I highly recommend are: Tokyo and Osaka. Tokyo medium hard with regular weight and Osaka soft with light weight.

Prasidha's boss is an Indonesian who relocated to Hong Kong many years ago.

I'm from Hong Kong originally and live in US now. I've been using Prasidha's products for a number of years. My current blade is a Prasidha Ambawa with Apple (fh) and Frankfurt (bh). This paddle gives me good ball control and OK attach speed.

So you're right, Tibor Harangozo was hungarian living in Slovenian Socialist Yugoslav Republic :D
