Probably comes out the Minkow factory, as do DHS balls. Not sure what's holding them up - according to the Zeropong owner who posted about it some time back, there's some sort of hardness issue that crops up when you add the orange dye to the plastic, and they're still trying to figure it out. It'd be interesting to see how these balls play. Huichuan seems to be a subsidiary brand of Yinhe, Eacheng sells (or used to) a Huichuan blade. Oh wait, here it is:

It's listed under Yinhe, but there's no hint on the item itself that it's made by Yinhe. This one's a little more fancy than the one I bought 2-3 years ago.

I don't think most Laowai would be able to exist on Taobao, since you need a local Chinese address to participate. If you have an agent, or live in China and can read/write Chinese (or can rely on a friend that does) that's a different matter.
