Would this be a basement player, or someone who's been playing in high level, organized hardbat competition? Is this someone with well-developed strokes? If this is a high level hardbat player, well, then, yeah, pips out/thin sponge would be the closest to what he's used to and he'd be able to make use of those high level skills.
