quick question
We are looking at buying a table for home use.
Currently looking at the Stiga optimum 30 (1800$) or the san-ei paragon senor($2150)
the Stiga is in stock atm the san ei is a 3week wait.
The Kids are starting to get into the sport though school.
So i want to buy something we will not have to replace in 6mnths time.
Is there a big gap build wise ie German Vs China

Just judging from the price, either should be OK. They have at least a 20mm top, right? I'd look at the other features - mainly ease of setup and storage. SanEi isn't heard of much, but they are a premium brand of table in Japan - if I'm not mistaken, they made the tables for the (delayed) 2020 Olympics. You see them in use when you watch videos of Japanese tournaments.

Went and had a look at Stiga's website, I could not find the Optimum 30. I do see some flimsy tables among their offerings. Ah.. found it. It's apparently a Stiga USA model:

Looks pretty good, actually. it's a two piece table, which makes it easy to move and store. I guess the "30" means it's got a 30mm top (the website says 1 1/4 inches, which is about right).

Anyone know what "Padel" may be??? It's on Stiga's website:

The stiga has a 30mm top.
The san ei 25mm
