The new LARC has four rubbers by a new company called "CNTT".
Two of the rubbers, called "Beaumont" and "Didsbury" have "CNTT Alberta Ottawa Canada" on them and additionally a Maple Leaf on the printing. Beaumont and Didsbury are both towns in Canda.
The other two, called "Dragon" and "Tortoise" don't have any Canadian references.

Now, considering that Ottawa is not in Alberta but in Ontario, this is probably not a real Canadian company. Or does anyone know anything about this? But why would anyone pretend to be from the mighty table tennis nation of Canada?
Anyway, I just thought it was funny.

ROFL...

There used to be a rubber company with a similar name, it was in the LARC and went out of business maybe 2-3 years ago. I'm pretty sure that company was Chinese, though it may have had ties to Canada.

For what it's worth I found some CnsTT blades. Here's one:

Ah... I looked up an old LARC:

The old company was called "CTT". There are four rubbers listed for them: National Pride, National Strike, National Pogo (long pips) and National Hero. Here's the listing for Pride on what used to be tabletennisdb:

It's too bad there aren't any more sheets on sale on AliExpress, because those listings usually have good, large images of the front and back of the packaging. I seem to remember there was some blurb about the Canadian connection on the back.

HRT BLACK CRISTALL BLADES WILL GO IN LINE WITH THE ADVANCED WOODCRAFT TECHNOLOGY .

Yes, we like this black veneers so much. I have my very best compliments for the blade. It is a re-branded product by HRT Chinese domestic woodworking company.
Carbonized Wood production technology using a "dry steam" thermo-chamber will feature the admirable black coloration on the corewoods, amazing hardened veneers all in black.
The ball got speedy as hell, too.

Only Igor would think CnsTT = HRT. He probably ran it through some Russian translator and then back again..   He's apparently never heard of wood stains before, I guess.. every black blade has to have been treated in an oven somehow.
