I actually got that exact comment from one of the practice partners. I twiddle quite often going from chop to BH loop and I didn't manag to catch her off guard a single time. I usually get 1-2 points per game that way but today she saw it coming every time.

Yeah - people are very used to seeing red and black rubbers, so when you twiddle between the two, players often don't notice.

When you twiddle to green though, it's gonna be pretty obvious...

If only you could change the rubber on the other side as well...like a blue on one side, and the green dtecs on the other... that would be fix it.

I guess we'll have to see what colors Tenergy will come in.. I think, at least in the earlier iteration of the rule, you had to use black on one side of the bat, no matter what color you use on the other side. Don't know if that has changed.

Can anyone confirm that the green plays more similar to red than black?

I wonder if the green color improves the LP performance.Is it better than the red version?.....

Grass DTechs has become the champion of the hype.Too overrated a rubber .The only thing that makes it unique is the fact that it brakes fast loops very well and pushes great....other than that the price is exaggerated..... reversal is just run of the mill even on stiff blades.

A horse of a different color is the old version .Those who still use it must know what I am talking about !
