I think rubber cement means latex dissolved in a solvent other than water, so it cannot be VOC free...

Only water based glues are legal atm

Haifu suffered badly for having VOC products a lot on market. All Haifu rubbers (13 items in total) were now excluded from the LARC.

If so why all Chinese National Team that uses booster are not excluded of ITTF competitions?

If it's VOC FREE it should be legal, because the tests only check for VOCs.

However "VOC-FREE" may mean the VOCs are below a certain level, not zero, so it's still possible the machine could pick it up during a test.

Keep in mind though that during rubber manufacturing, VOCs are often used as well, which will usually dissipate well before they come to you.

If the stuff has no smell, it's probably fine. I'm also curious what it is, because I thought it was the VOCs that dissolve the latex.

Sounds to me like it's got a high proportion of VOCs.

Ok thanks. Do you know a stronger booster for 43° DHS scale?

Falco Tempo Long Booster isn't enough strong.

How is it not strong?

I use baby oil, and I can add more and more until it's too much where basically the sponge is too oily for the glue to stick the rubber to the blade.

By this time the Hurricanes are curled up in a huge dome too.

If you want the VOC strong well that is another thing. You won't pass the test.

Honestly, though, there is enough spin and speed and it is good enough.

For those who are not in competition at a high level who really cares? Just use whatever glue you like.

I ordered some vulcanizing tire glue because I am sick of paying $2 an ml. What a load of ITTF rubbish! I am not going to be gluing every time I play for sure. I just move rubbers around trying stuff often and refuse to give up my $ for no good reason.

I'm waiting on $30 including delivery for 750ml of vulcanizing glue.

You are very right!!! I got a Haifu Dolphin SP.It does smell a lot and the spin it generates is crazy even on a slow def blade. You can imagine the performance in an off blade? Frabjous !!!!!! :) but ....
..... illegal! .... thousands of inverted rubbers are illegal in high level leagues around the world .
