I have tried emailing, calling and sending Facebook messages about problems I am having with my 3 month old Newgy 2055. I can't get a reply! I called twice, only able to leave voice mail messages, no one calling me back. I even placed an order for more tt balls. Day 2 and it hasn't shipped. If I knew that this would be the type of service I would get, I never would have purchased a Newgy! |
