I tried Stiga Dragon Grip rubber on a Stiga Energy Wood V2 blade.
It is a very slow rubber and is very heavy, making the paddle very head heavy.
Imho, the rubber is very overpriced. The price is in line with the DNA Platinum rubber line,
but plays like a tacky Stiga Mendo or tacky Sriver rubber.

After revisiting Stiga Dragon Grip, I realized that it takes time to play with Dragon Grip. It's a hard rubber, but not that fast. It is very spinny due to the very tacky topsheet. It is a good rubber for the forehand, especially for fh serves, giving even more spin.

That seems to be a recent trend, with most brands releasing semi-tacky hard-sponged (heavy) rubbers. Of course many are made by ESN Germany, using the same ESN technology with small changed by each brands to set them apart... with all of them claiming superior performance.
