Yes, some market brands of pips-out topsheets are known for employing the specific making technology to produce a rubber material with enormous bounce. The most popular products on marketplace should be TIBHAR Dteck (OX version) and Giant Dragon Talon (OX version).

Syntetic rubber of polybutadiene is the basic ingredient for those topsheets. (refer the original American Patent of 1964). The "high resilience elastomers" is more correct definition to apply for such a material.
The best praised virtue with all the tensor topsheets is to speed up the ball even if without a sponge underneath.
