Good day! I would just like to ask for your advice and recommendations. Someone gave me their old Butterfly Addoy 3000 and Butterfly TBC 301 (Yuki rubbers). It's been seven years since I last played table tennis; I used to play back in elementary school. These are the questions that I would like to ask:

(a) Would it be okay to still use the blades? If possible, I would just replace the rubbers.
(b) Do you have any advice on how I can remove the sponge from the blade? I'm kind of having difficulty removing them. I want to replace them because they don't stick as well anymore, the rubber has come off, and the topsheet has separated from the sponge.
(c) If I were able to remove the rubbers successfully, what rubbers would you recommend?
