RTTE, how does GD Talon compare with Pogo?

GR, on my blade, I find Pogo is faster and more consistent than Talon. I also find I get more reverse from Pogo. Pogo wins in serving dept too. Attack with both pips is similar except for slightly more speed to the Pogo. I find Pogo easier to control than Talon. This may be because I am more used to how Pogo acts though. These comments are only valid for red of both rubbers. I have used black pogo, but not black Talon.

I think Pogo is better than most of the long pimple rubbers which are available at present. Speed is just right for defence and attack. Control and feel are quite good.

Perhaps you and I have a very similar style. As we know quite a few jumped on the Pogo craze, but most now seem to have moved on to something else. Maybe pogo chooses you  Have you used the sponged version?

I have tried sponged versions of some rubbers and noticed that they are not suitable for my game. I think that sponged version might suit players who have tendency to attack more and chop less.
