I did, he used a Butterfly KORBEL carbon blade, of course! Strangely, they had a box of Adidas 3-star balls. Never heard of those before. Always thought Adidas when related to table tennis was kind of cheap.

No, I think Adidas have made a serious attempt to take a share of the upper level equipment market. I havent tried any of their stuff but apparently it's pretty good.

Are you sure? I'm sure when I asked Korbel and then peered down at his bat it said 'carbon'. Hmmm. Let me look into it.

Edit: My bit of researched revealed that 'I don't know what I'm looking at!'

Okay, moving right along ...

I'm quite hopeless when it comes to identifying blades, unless I know them well (which isn't much help because I don't know many). :(

I already know what blade it was anyway. Because I've reverse engineered your Oskar thoughts.

You looked at his blade and saw Korbel and you also saw Speed which your brain as humans do associated with Carbon and ever since then you believed it was a carbon blade. Really it must have been the Korbel speed.

Your logic, Dr Foam, is impeccable!
