I did not do test trial Spectol and Victas. I am planning to buy a TSP Spectol next week with 1.0 mm sponge for my backhand.
Stiga Royal is BEAST on T2 blade. Compared to Butterfly Challange Attack is a snail in regard to speed.

Of those I've tried, I'd say Tibhar Speedy Spin DTecs. Quite fast, and not spinny, gives very annoying balls when you block and counter your opponent's attacks.
