That's great.
Btw how much did you cut off your Defplay?
I've got one I cut down to about 155 x 153.
Seems to play closer to ALL than DEF.

my defplay was cut from a normal grubba all plus template.i cut 2 down and also 3 grubba pro blades.
i cut it down as the f/h felt cumbersome.it hasnt really altered the play too much.its the slowest blade ive got and blocks great with best anti.

Have you seen that Bulldog is also choosing best anti as his favorite rubber? Hm... Food for thought...

I can block hard loops close to the table and off the bounce.i can also move back and chop.it depends on the player really.
i have no vids at the moment.i have had a knock with debater if you want to pick his brains about how it plays.
i think it would be good for you as you can b/h block and then get you powerfull f/h in.my f/h is average so i grind it out more with the anti.

Very tempted :P :P to try NBA on a Allround Yasaka Sweden Classic. Which thickness would best suit? I would prefer the thinner 1.2 version as I block close to the table. Is the thin version good at killing pace also although I am sure this will be more pronounced with the 1.8 because of the thicker sponge.

I have never tried the thinner sponge but i will at some stage.
An allround blade should be ok but for very good players i find that i need the security of the defplay to block close to the table.Anything faster and i struggle.Incidentally i never have problems with any of the better players serves with the NBA.
Sometimes i find myself pushed back.NBA is amazing at chopping and gives a very low throw return that causes problems.

I have 2 first division matches this week(different clubs)
I must remain in defence and use the anti as much as possible.
This is my strong point.
I really must only concentrate on my backspin and sidespin serves(sometimes using the anti)
I have been doing well in practice against strong players but by christ am i playing a boring game.
chop chop block,no balls at all.........................................................................................................
