I played a friendship (not official, just for fun) tournament and went to the semifinals, when something weird happened, my opponent does a very short no-spin serve and it is slow, my rubber tackiness decides to just let the ball stick to my blade, "umpire" gave the point to my opponent, is the "umpire" wrong?

My rubber was 999 999T Super which is also a batcg with too much tackiness

How comes? - did you treat your rubber with tar or honey . I'd very much like to see a vid of this...

As the rules states that you have to hit the ball so that it touches your opponent's side, the umpire is correct. Provided the ball did not bounce when it got stuck to your rubber, you could have simply walked around the net and "wipe" it off at the edge of the table.

Is it the same case to yours? Did you cope to make a good return?

Not this way, The ball just stick when my bat angle is fairly closed.
