Interesting that it's rated slower and spinnier and yet the sponge is harder.

Interesting that Dignics 09C came out before Tenergy 09C, which has been in the LARC for a long time.. And one wonders if Aibiss (14-034) is out yet, too, or Tenergy 05N (and Lagnus and Spryer). I wonder if all this stuff has already been out in Japan but not exported yet.

So it's tacky???? Very interesting. Maybe they're aiming at the Hurricane 3 user. Speculation was that the "C" stood for Chop, this doesn't seem to be the case.

Someone in Japan guesses "C" is "China" (tacky rubber).

It would be interesting indeed if the "09" pips configuration is close to that of H3. Hmmm..

A Chinese rubber but 5x times as expensive as Yinhe? A must-have!

Interesting stuff. It’ll be interesting to see if they succeed in creating a hybrid rubber that pros actually will use as everyone else has failed (K1, Golden Tango, Rising Dragon etc).

I suppose if you're Ovtcharov it doesn't matter what it costs.. He's switched to Dignics 09C on the forehand and Dignics 05 on the backhand. Wow.. tacky rubber on the forehand? That's a change.

The only one listed who uses Dignics so far.

I'll be getting a sample of Dignics 09C to test shortly... can't test it in the club unfortunately, but can test it and compare on the table at home.

Incidentally LARC 2020A lists.. 14-041 Tenergy 19! Wonder what that's for, and whether it'll come out before Tenergy 09C and Tenergy 05N come out. Maybe it'll be for chopping?

Not too difficult to find it for sale. However you have to buy it locally, dealers only sell within their own "region". Tabletennis11 sells it, too, but you can only buy it inside their "territory" (probably the Baltic states). Here I'd buy it from presports or tenryu. Dignics seems to be about RM350 (approx. USD85).

Thanks for the link to the review. This video was posted there - Ovtcharov explaining why he switched:

"When you need it slow, it's slow, when you need it fast, it's fast." Sounds like H3.. I wonder how Tenergy 09C would compare - based on what people say about Dignics 05 the Tenergy equivalent would probably be a little faster.

Yes, those flimsy youngsters want Dygnics very much, and those sturdy elders don't.
PF4 is a real 'havoc-maker' stuff.

/Be happy/

He doesn't recognize that old guy - it's Old Man Huang. You know, the guy who uses the expanded long pips he hates so much?

In other words... "Mature cats can control themselves because they don't want to."
