Hi,

Come April, and Butterfly is set to release, yet another slew of products, including the R40+ ball...

Still seems like the S40+ was released, just yesterday .... I wonder whats the difference between the S40+ and R40+

I would prefer they don't come up with new balls every year. 90% of the places I play us DHS D40+. Just standardize on one and get used to it.

Apparently this new ball is made in China. Is it just one of the already available balls with a Butterfly logo?

You know the Butterfly playbook, right? They've been "donating" balls to tournaments, so everyone who plays in that area is forced to buy those balls for practice. And they make up for the "donations" by jacking up the price...

I am happy to pay a little extra if companies sponsor tournaments or players. However this is outrageous pricing IMO!

Someone ask Greg Letts what he thinks of this...

Oh, he made a vid about BTY price increases a few years back and showed what BTY likes to do with old balls they cannot sell.
