Hello, I'm new here and I'm looking for some cheap (max 33$) defensive blade for a beginner modern chopper, because my TSP blade splintered. Also what do you think of Diode V, worth buying?

Last time I was studying defensive blades and trying to guess thier wood composition I came up to this:

Im not sure where you'll get a decent defensive blade for less then $30.00 but you can pick up a donic defplay senso which is a good quality introductory defensive blade for $55.00 Australian from the ooak shop

Palio Chop #1 (or chopper on some sites) is a great def blade. I find it very well balanced.

Read the reviews! And the price is really good. And it's relatively light, especially for an oversized blade.

Apart from the ones already mentioned, some other very good options are : -

  • Yinhe 980 (Around $20 From AliExpress)
  • Sword 309 (Around $25 From AliExpress)
  • Sanwei Defense Alpha (Around $25 From AliExpress)
