Can anyone compare this rubber in speed and spin to Mendo MP, Hammond, Bryce, etc. ? Thanks!

Hope Haggis doesn't mind me saying this but there's lots of threads dedictaed to comparing V-Stage to the other rubbers you mention over at Denis' Table Tennis World. You'd learn a lot by searching V-Stage.

Its about the only rubber in the world that guarantees the same hardness of sponge (43 degrees) 99% of the time, hence the hefty price.

Yeah, short and straight to the point. There is no buying this rubber for me, that is for sure :P

RBTT...hmmm...your name sound very familiar. It is at the tip of my brain.... :?:

Cheers.

Hello,

I am new to the forum I use the V-Stage (2mm) on my backhand on my Yasaka Extra cpen for rpb. I used to use Mark V-XS and wanted rubber with more power futher back. I also use 999N/Pryde on my forehand.

For me V-Stage has excellent speed and control provided I swing the racket with a lot of wrist. It has a lot of power from mid distance and great for active countering.

Ted
