Today I decided to cancel my order from Butterfly Online and go for Iruiru. Another reason I canceled my order is that some of their products I'll buy in a bulk raised price! What the heck. Plus some are in back order.

I have a couple of questions:
1. Why does the english site only sell Rubbers, Blades and Shoes? Don't they sell what they have on the Japanese Site?
2. How are the shoes size calculated? My shoe size is about 10 inches(My feet are big but I don't care ) (Off Topic does anyone have longer?)
3. Why does everyone trust them?

Disregard is the answer to question 1 is NO.
1. Can you guys recommend on what shorts should I buy from iruiru? I'm confused about the design.

1. They don't really have the demand to sell the other stuff to international customers, so it wasn't translated. You can still buy it though...
2. Do a google search for shoe size calculator/conversion...
3. Because they haven't F*** up any of my orders yet.

Hey can anymore recommend some BTY shorts from Iruiru? I'm confused about those designs. Some are underpants so beware.

What's the difference between Rubber Film and Color Film RB?

I think I just worked out something silly in the website: I kept wondering what
Speed: MidThrow meant..
is it for someone who stands far from the table and plays with a throwing gesture..??
NO
I theorize that, as opposed to other speed ranking MidFast, it means MidSlow!
All in all the site is really nice since this is the only tiny strange thing I spotted.. far from enough to make it on (the otherwise hilarious) engrish.com!
@jixiaolan below: I thought like you for some time... but try saying "throw" with a japanese-english accent - convinced?

I am not a tt theory expert. But, IMHO, mid-throw refers to the height of the ball above table as the ball is hit returned, especially looping. In this case, mid means the returned height is neither high or low. Quite subjective term, strictly speaking.
From my experience, it is more related to the type of rubber you used.

Did anyone noticed one damn shirt from Iruiru is like 4k+ or at least $40+? Those shirts don't even look good.

Iruiru provides good service and feedback. English needs improvement but still good. Overall best service I had. The only thing that made me crap my pants is: Shirts and Shorts are super expensive, the delivery charge is too expensive and the weight is crap. Mine exceeded 5000g  I had to pay like $600  I don't blame myself as I'm buying a lot of stuff for 5 years and I think I'm not gonna buy anymore until I get financially stable again so it will be a worth while investment. When I went to ButterflyOnline and reorder what I want to order, turned out to be $750. (Good Bye $25 Hero Shirt bargain)

I'm proud to say I did a smart move and thanks everyone. And I want to share a little story I learned from Iruiru.

The english site is run by one person, Mr. Sachiko Hoshino. Iruiru isn't only a store that you know. Most of it's employees just go outside and sell items out of the store to retailers and clubs. The only one left is Hoshino-san and sometimes other employees. He sits in the shop in front of a computer answering the questions we ask him and packs the packages we order off both english and japanese site. That's at least from my understanding from what he said.

It's kind of a short and sad story. It's great they have a service for foreigners and if I could just do something to at least easen his job, I'll do it now but until for now I'll just be enjoying what I received now.

I have ordered from IRUIRU several times including some special orders. They have always gone out of their way to fufill my orders. Yes, the shipping is expensive but they have many hard to find items. I would recommend them because of their excellent service.
