Has anybody tried the new Victas S2 o S3 short pimples?
I need to replace Spectol Red.

You might as well stay with Spectol Red for now, as it's still available, and will be cheaper than the Victas option. The TSP stuff will remain ITTF approved for 5 more years, so there's no rush :)

Spectol red and blue and spinpips red and blue are no longer available at Iruiru and TT-Japan.

S2 looks a little more dangerous whilst S3 appears to be bit slower with a higher arc and have more grip.

This makes sense as the Victas web site states S3 has thinner pips for more spin variation than S2. Strangely it does not give sponge hardness data - is it the same on both ?

so probably not Spectol Red & blue rebranded.

How does it play S1? Plays like spectol or spectol speed?

I m confused some users say that S3 is more dangerous .
