I can see new rubbers on the ITTF LARC called ProIdeal. Does anyone know where the company is based and where their rubbers are made?

Upon practicing my Google-Fu, I found the following link...

https://www.yoycart.com/Product/570840848190/

Based on the above, it seems to be a Chinese brand...

"top cured table tennis long glue single rubber". Hmmm...

Does seem bloody expensive, too - it's even got "professional" versions.

Yes well spotted tzifos. If a shop sells $15 Tenergy rubber, you'd have to wonder if their Proideal rubbers are the legitimate ones as well, or those sold out the backdoor by the factory that makes the rubbers for Proideal. If Proideal does any post-production treatment (which is legit if they're the manufacturer and it's part of their production process, then they would also not be the same.
Someone has gone through the trouble (and paid $$$) of getting these rubbers approved, where are they?

Maybe ask Torsten Kuneth (sp?) for their contact info in "his" thread? He is part of the ITTF Equipment committee.

Yocart is completely legit... Infact it's the only legit reseller in the world... They're the only ones selling Tenergy rubbers at factory-rate ...$15 is what it probably costs to manufacture a Tenergy ... :D

No doubt about it. :P Yoycart is a gem, a diamond in the rough.

The site provides some entertaining reading, if you are into that sort of thing. Bunch of mistakes with dimensions and advice, ridiculous pricing to enable ridiculous discounts, and for some reason those discounts are hidden until you click one of those overpriced items. My inner logic is strained to the breaking point with this, screaming "WHY!" from the top of my lungs brain.

The front page navigation menu is another "interesting" feature ; a piece of work you can say, in more ways than one.

Enjoy!

Sport Yoga???? What on earth would "Sport Yoga" be???? Apparently part of the equipment is high heeled shoes. And beach shorts.

https://www.yoycart.com/Product/39808039912/

"Evert White evil cake sponge pole floating strange pole sinking ping-pong raw rubber sleeve"

And why does this sponge cost so much??

https://www.yoycart.com/Product/583491242363/

There's 10 pages of table tennis rubbers - including AIR stuff, and lots and lots of sponge. Prices are too high on most of the stuff (Corbor's about right - less than $3.50) but they charge shipping.

It is £155 on Ali Express
https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805119784624.html

Anyway what is top curing & full curing ?

Is top curing treating only the top of the pip with some chemical ?
Is full curing treating entire rubber with some chemical ?

I thought chemical treating of rubbers was not approved per some ITTF rules ?
(But there are two versions of this rubber on current ITTF LARC though)

Or is it that factory treating is OK but not treating by end user ?
This is the only way I can see it being approved.

Unless of course claims of "curing" is false deceptive advertising just to sell rubbers but there really is no treating (curing) at all LOL

Cure = thermo vulcanization processing, nothing else.
