I am currenrly using Dtechs 0,5 but i need to Block better and i also need to chop Well.
I am also switching to Tibhar Stratus Powerdefence to slow things Down.

Which ox pips would you recommend that both chops and Blocks Well ?

I feel the Bomb Talent does a good job job at blocking, chopping...Put some wrist into your blocks and chops, and it turns downright nasty... I also like the Dawei 388D, and 388D1 ... 388D is more dangerous, but does not last too long ...

Yinhe Neptune 0.6mm, is very consistent at putting the ball back on the table, with blocks, chops, and even hitting ... However, of all the above, it seems to trouble the opponents the least ... If you're look at awesome control and consistency, then I would strongly recommend it .... Read Setup 1 in my signature, it's my goto setup against powerloopers...

Where can i buy Bomb Talent ?
OOAK does not have it.
I would like a european reseller if possible, i am located in scandinavia.
