What are the differences between Giant Dragon Talon & Special & National Team?

I believe the difference between the "regular" Talon and the Special is they have different sponges. The top sheets are identical. If you do not play with sponges, save your money and just buy the "regular" version.

I read somewhere Special is faster than the other two & National team is slower than Talon.

The Special version is faster and the ball trajectory lower than talon or national.

Thaks for your comment. What about the disruption of Special? NT have more disruption than Talon.

I have two rubbers: Giant Dragon Talon and Giant Dragon Talon National Team. I have used them before, but now I cannot define which one is the Giant Dragon National Team. Does anyone know how to distinguish them visually?

I recently purchased National Team and it is written on the bottom left of the rubber sheet.

Interesting... how is it written? Is it part of the rubber mold, or is it written with ink?

This is the one on the ITTF LARC:

If it's got an extra label on there, it's technically not ITTF approved... but of course if this is a bit that you cut off when you put it onto your blade, there's no way to tell. Very clever if that's how they get around it.
