Does anybody use this pip anymore ?

There is an Odder thread in here where it gets a lot of love, but it is an old thread.
Does Any of you still use it ?

I Saw a player years ago have great succes with it.
But Will it work Out toddy ?

I played against it twice earlier this month. Had some disturbance, and my opponents were able to attack with it. Seemed fairly responsive to spin. I had a look at it, and it felt not very dissimilar to FL3 - soft and grippy. But I didn't play with it.

I used it for a while, and it's not a bad pip at all. The pimple itself is not that special, it's got decent reversal, not too fast, and as you mentioned it's got enough grp for attack. The sponge is quite unusual, as it's a foam-type dampening sponge, which really takes the pace off quite well.

Is it any good for chopping ?
How is spin reversal ?

Those foam type dampening sponges didn`t work for me when chopping(no elasticity),curious about Phoenix in ox though

Tried it many years ago after the superblock ban. For my close-to-the-table blocking game, it was not the answer.
