Does anyone know of any long pips over the max permitted length for comparison play. Also the pips would need to be thin. Not bothered about being on LARC as only play fun recreational TT now

What about purchasing online from an Indonesian outlet? OR Don't they ship overseas?

My quote was mostly a joke referencing an Adam Bobrow video. I'm actually not sure where one would get these "black market" pips. I think I heard you can find some on AliExpress?

Looking for a 2.5 long pimple but thin. The rubbers on aliexpress don’t give any sizes or details or playing characteristics

Pimps-out are now limited to the height of 1.7 mm and maximum diameter of trunk 1.6 mm. So pay some efforts to get the old fashion Long Grass by Tibhar,
Japanese seller of vintage rubbers may be a real helper.

Is it possible to increase the size of the pimples of a rubber? I would love to be able to get a sheet of Dtech in 2mm or even longer (not bothered about it being legal as wouldn’t be using in competition).

They were selling these on Taobao. But supposedly all you need to do is soak the rubber in extra virgin olive oil for a couple days.
