forgive me if someone already proposed this. i looked around for the subject first.

i would really like it if there was the option to see the full replies within our email (to threads we're subscribed to).

one reason being; at work, for someone reason i can't load australian sites, but i can look at my hotmail.

it'd be nice not to have to be in suspense for 10 more hours over what that reply actually says! :wink:

i've used a forum in the past that allowed for that but i can't remember which. i wouldn't know how to program such a thing unless it was included in the software

The money would not bother me too much, as I don't think it's that expensive... but the changeover could be a nightmare... Even phpbb3 can do a lot more than this version, but I'm anticipating potential problems that I can't solve, especially since I don't have the skills in php to try and solve them myself...

I've just another look at vbulletin... it looks to me like phpbb3 can virtually do everything that vbulletin does... and upgrading to phpbb3 from our current phpbb2 is likely to be much simpler...
