I think we can agree one of the best anti players in the world is Luka Mladenovic. As for his equipment, he uses a Dr. Neubauer Matador Texa Carbon as his blade, with a Donic Bluegrip C2 forehand rubber and a Dr. Neubauer ABS 2 Pro backhand rubber. His style is characterised by the agressive pushes and sideswipes that are rather disturbing and inconvenient. He does blocking of course, but he also able to attacking with the anti. He also uses his backhand anti to setup his forehand. He occassionally uses the anti on his forehand (mainly at serve receives) and his inverted on his backhand, as he twiddles his racket. Highest ranking ever on ITTF list: 158 (2019).
Maybe the best antiier woman is Amelie Solja. A rather disruptionful playing style with short and quick strokes, heavily interspersed with agressive pushing. She changed to long pips on her backhand after having been used anti for long. Not sure about the reason, I think it gives her more versatility and variation. Her equipment changes site by site, so I'll take the official Dr. Neubauer website's equipment as the official one (despite having not been updated recently). As for her equipment, she uses a Dr. Neubauer Titan / Joola Rosskopf Force, a Dr. Neubauer Buffalo forehand rubber and a Dr. Neubauer Killer backhand rubber. Highest ranking ever on ITTF list: 47.
Also worth mentioning Carlos Mühlbach. Blade: Andro Linga ALL - Forehand Rubber: Andro Rasanter R53 - Backhand Rubber: Dr. Neubauer ABS 2 / Dr. Neubauer ABS 3
