What a great chopper.

Note his overall distance from the table seems to be almost a step closer than JSH and the korean choppers. he twiddled a few times to mix his chops etc as well. he's just so darned smooth. really impressive.

Saw the last few games where he fell apart vs. Kenji. Didn't look very mentally tough..

Could that be BTY Defence II he's playing with? And short pips on BH?

Here is his match against Kenji Matsudaira from a different angle:
http://youtu.be/-oemUp5V4PM (I'll embedd it later when Ihave a computer).
Ma Te has a fantastic FH counter. He won most of the rallies FH to FH. He also has a great BH smash when he twiddles, and he twiddles fast. He still need to work on his chopping though. I wonder if he started out as an attacker and was turned into a defender just recently? Anyway, I really enjoy his style

After watching the match between Ma Te and Shiono, I'm inclined to think Ma Te uses the Victas Koji Matsushita blade...

I don't think so. As you can see in the picture below, the handle not only has an emblem at the FH-side, but also at the BH-side, just like the Victas Koji Matsushita. Also, the colour of the handle and the little rectangle metal emblem at the bottom of the handle are very similar to the VKM...

So the blade is 90% sure Victas Koji Matsushita. Now, I'd really want to know what FH and BH rubber Ma Ta is using. Sometimes I have the impression he has a thinner sponge under his pips, probably just like Shiono. In the match below against Shiono some close-ups can be made. But I wasn't able to figure it out. Anyone else?
