Reflex sports have brought their latest DVDs from the 2008 World Team Championship, see here for details:

As you may know, we carry some Reflex Sports DVDs in the our shop, but I really don't know if we should bring these ones, since as usual they are a little expensive... We'd probably sell them for around AUD$110 for the 4 DVD set, and we'd not be making much on this... I think if they dropped the cost price to half, they'd probably sell 3 times as many... but they don't seem to think this way...

On one hand I think this is a little expensive for many people, but on the other hand there are probably the only ones around of this video quality. Professional Equipment and editing, slo-mo and stuff does cost a lot of money which they want to recover, and in some way I'm glad to see that at least someone is willing to do the coverage and make the DVDs...

What do you think? Would be pay this sort of money for DVDs like this?

I'm not posting this to try and promote the DVDs, I would just like to hear your opinions, so that i can see if it's even worthwhile getting them in at all...

Not yet, and judging from the feedback here it's not going to be a big seller... I think they're just a little too expensive for most people, and since our cost is not much lower, we can't really sell them much cheaper unfortunately...

I've said it before and I'll say it again if they sold them at half the price, they'd sell 3 times as many
