Looks to me like they are training (in the dark, with their faces blacked out, wearing black clothes, using a black ball, in silence).

I'm using firefox, I did have problems at first. I waited for it too buffer all the way, after nothing happened I clicked on another link, that worked.... when I came back to the page it was working

Thanks, Monkey, I tried your method and I can watch the whole thing.

Do any of you understand what they are saying? Since tt is an indoor sport, the coaches want them to go outside to have some air and sun, at the same time do some aerobic exercise.
