I was just checking out to see if there are any new videos on the net and came across this link (from MYTT)

I think its a great collection of vids that show footage from a quite a different camera position than we are used to and therefore you get a better appreciation for the speed, spin and flight of the ball in the hands of true pros, it can be almost frightening.

I have only checked out a couple so far but thought it was too good not to share.

I am interested to hear if others feel the same about the angle and extra detail it seems to show.

Thanks Mars63, I only watch a few women matches, they are so fast it is unreal. I kept cheering with wow, wow and wow, my wife was wondering what I was cheering at. I think I am getting too old that that kind of fast game, I rather be defensive, and slow down the game.

Thanks Mars, it'll help me setup the angle in my own videos.

I'm glad you enjoyed the women's matches, I also find that watching top class women can be very enjoyable because they play so many of their shots immediately off the bounce including counter hitting and blocks and also they tend to stand up to the table. I know they can loop ( better than most men ) but this shot does not always dominate games like in men's matches.

I had not checked this particular vid out yet,you are right the point @ 1:55 is unbelievable but then again so is most of this vid with great defense versus offense action.
