Could someone please translate this for me. Its Chen against Jorgen and about the 3:20 mark it looks like they argue about something. Thanks.

If its from the US open, it was arguing an Edge vs a Side ball.

Hard to hear anything inteligible from that crappy audio. At first, sounds like Persson says that it is not "Maenner" They talk too much at the same time to really discirn anything and at the end you hear Chen saying his rubber condition amounts to nothing (Nichts machts) after the service. The announcer talks about some dispute over a malfunction. Hard to really tell. One thing we know, the brodcast was from an Austrian network and the crowd really liked it when Chen was saying his piece.

My take is we'll never know until we ask Chen. You see Chen wiping his end of the table with a towel after he lost the match. (21 point games like 2003 or earlier) It could be that Chen serves, then he is sweatty wet as a sauna and flies sweat onto the table with each loop. I notice myself do that in the humid summer months. Gets REAL bad for me. I gotta wipe the table end every couple points. So, who really knows for sure.

From the start of the vid there was some instances leading up to the 3.20 mark... at 1.29... and immediately again at 1.43...

Chen looks frustrated, it looks like the angle coming off his blade on those 2 balls is caused by sweat getting on to the blade or the ball (landing to early on his side of the table).

I think he just blew it in the end at 3.20 as his temper got the best of him and Jorgen was just a much better player on the day.
