I'm looking for a stiff all+/off- blade.

Stiff means like a TBS stiff. Not a Ma Lin Carbon stiff (flexible).

T7. Not all that fast, says Cole, but still stiff from the juniper+carbon. Even my T8 isn't lightning fast, (probably low end of OFF+ or high end of OFF), so the T7 being marked as Medium compared to the T8 being Fast (two points down on Galaxy's scale) should mean that it's in the speed range you're looking for.

stiff stiff?

Donic Waldner Black Devil. It is stiff! Boy is it stiff!!

as a matter of fact any blade with a balsa core (I remember the old Hunter blades!) is going to be stiff. Add cf to it and more so!

not really.

I've actually gone back to my Septear lately. It's a 7ply and almost as stiff as my TBS, but it's slower and a bit softer.

Bit better for touch with almost as much kill power.

Was thinking about the 7P2a again. Was thinking about it as a replacement because it might be a bit better balanced. Last time I had one, the surface ply splintered.

stiff like a wall...

and fast like a chunk of cinderblock.

Besides, I'm not that fond of heavily sticky rubbers.

Lightly sticky is fine though, but I still prefer high grip european stuff. I do get maybe 5 more points/game off serves with the sticky stuff, but I feel I lose out in the looping side.

It might be worthwhile trying it again though - recently I find that I'm mostly doing 3- or 5- ball attacks...
/me goes looking for some 999N

Silv, you have the regular 7p-2a or the 7T? I wonder if there's any noticeable difference between two (assuming that both are have weight).

I had a regular 7P2A, but sold it a long time ago, back when I was playing shakehand.

According to what I was told by the iruiru people, the 7T should be slightly faster as it's thicker. Would not expect it to be much faster, but it would give you slightly more top end with similar touch.
