This is just a short note to all Grubba all + users...... been experimenting lately and I can confirm that if you overseal the ox pips side - like 4/5 layers - the spin reversal is increased.Some have said this is what usually happens when one seals a blade but the extra effect must be blade dependent as I did the sealing on other blades and the effect was not noticeable at all.However, on the Grubba all +, it seems it works all right .

I got 3 blades with the same set up: Marder 1.0 black + Dawei 388D-1.The extra sealing really gives the blade just a stiff touch on the pips side.It did not affect the Fh side though .

Been revisiting Grubba all plus for two reasons.First,it is one of the best blades I got my best results with close to the table.Second, after losing 2-3 against a weaker opponent, I realised I do need more speed and attacking possibilities on the FH , more spin on serves.....better attacking options when twiddling ......

Spinfire 1.5 pairs very well and suits my current needs now .I find the ideal weight about 81-83 grams . Red Dawei 388d1 ox pairs great.However, the Black version yields poor results.

I need to test BT both in red and black as It is a much better rubber imo .No,This blade is not suitable for a chopping game , too bouncy .

....will get a clip done in the near future , hopefully .
