Hey guys,
I want to upgrade my blade. Currently, I use Kazan blade with Sriver EL(BH) and Bryce FX(FH). I'm an offensive player. I don't know which blade to choose? I've seen bad reviews on boll tricarbon, but it has quite remarkable features. Many of top players in my club use boll spirit. Schlager carbon is also an interesting option. Any advice?

tricarbon is not an option. it is heavy, and just crap. dont get fooled by the speed stats butterfly has given it. Schlager is really fast and hard, and i wouldnt recommend it. Boll is the actual blade that is playable, but i suggest u put Sriver L on both sides if u do choose it. arylate/carbon+Sriver=awesome.

if you must choise on butterfly products, i recommend you the primorac carbon
i dont like the boll blades, and the schlager is so heavy (weigth) and rigid.

I think primorac carbon would be a little too stiff. TBS is already really stiff.

Possible, but those who have them usually keep them.

Thanks guys,
I must say I really like my blade to have the extra weight, I believe it would make the shots more powerful. Have any of you guys ever played with both schlager carbon and boll tricarbon? With your remarks, I'm now between choosing shlager c. and Timo Boll spirit, What do you think?

So far, in my limited experience, blades sort of even out a bit if they're in the same category...

I'd advise to get SC if you like a hard feel, and TBS if you like a medium feel, and start with that. SC might still be a bit faster than TBS, though. And I also think SC's tend to weigh a bit heavier...

Schlager Carbon is a great blade with soft, medium speed rubbers, but with fast speed rubbers is to fast for everyone, except Werner Schlager

Of of the 3 that you suggested... the tricarbon is not what I would even consider. Like one of the other guys sait, it's just too heavy.... with 2 normal rubbers. Sacrfice too much weight for something that's just reasonably fast!!!

I try suggest the TBS for an offensive looper, schlager for a flat hit/block type game.

MM

SC is Carbon (Tamca 5000) whilst TBS is arylate carbon. The two blades have different feel. I would say that if you like SC you would most probably do not like TBS and vice versa if you like TBS you would most probably do not like SC. The ideal solution is to try both before you buy.
