Hi everyone,

As the title says, I would like to ask around if you ever tried blades structured from 9 plywood and 8 carbon layers (17 layers total) and whats your experience with it.
What are they good for, how they play?

Is the blade from Yasaka ? The one called Dyna Mix ? or something ? I saw it on sale on TT11 ... but not balsa so I dint really feel I needed it ...

No, I think that one is an all-wood blade, no carbon included.
I think about something like this one:

But I saw this kind of structure in different Chinese blades as well.

Yup, Sanwei's famous for making stuff like this. I imagine they're probably pretty stiff and fast. And heavy. An example:

The carbon is a very light veil, rather than woven cloth. Still, there's 9 layers in there.
