I've seen many all wood blades get praised in my research, but none as much and as strongly as the Nittaku Acoustic. That peaked my interest, but I later discover that it's handle is only 22 millimeters thick. I'm quite tall and have a fairly large hand (20cm wrist to middle finger tip for reference), and I'm afraid it might be too thin for me. Unfortunately there is nowhere I can go to try it out. Does anyone here have one, can you share your experience? I was informed that the LG FL handle is discontinued. It's also out of stock everywhere.

I recently played with a friend's Yasaka Silver 9 Wood and it felt really uncomfortable. The handle was a standard 25 all throughout it's length, but it's flare got really narrow up the neck. To add to that, it felt really head heavy. Combined with the narrow neck I felt I was struggling to balance it in my hand, let alone play.

What's your experience with the acoustic standard FL?

These three seem to have it available right now. I've never bought from them before, I don't know them before several seconds ago, so proceed with caution.
Contact them directly and do your due diligent before buying. :)

The first one is just an ST, the other 2 are carbons. Thanks for your input anyways.

I ended up buying the stratus power wood. Saved 100+ euros over the Acoustic, so thats a plus haha :D

The stratus power wood has quite a comfortable and bigger than average size handle, so you'll probably like that.
