I play Butterfly Zlf at the moment but recently played Butterfly Jonyer Hinoki Special.
I was looking for something a little faster but I am not sure if I will make friends with the ZLF
I have been looking at P500 and Blue Thunder 550.
How is the difference between these 2 blades ?

I am Going to use Tenergy 05 2.1 forhand and Tenergy 05fx 1,9 bh or Rakza 2.0 back hand havent desided about backhand yet.

Jonyer hinoki is brilliant for looping but i would like a little more firepower when finishing the points.

What is your view on these blades ?

I have the P500 and BT550. What's wrong with the ZLF?

The BT550 is quite slow and flexy, also has a lot of vibration if you use sponge less than 2.0mm. But I still liked it when I was beginner. I did not like T05 on this blade. The flexy blade combined with spring sponge made for a really hard to predict shot.

The P500 is a stiffer and faster, with a nice higher pitch sound when struck. Feels and sounds good. I like this one better for an all-wood blade.

Both models have thin handles, so comfort was only 7/10.

i think that the throw angle of the ZLf is a little too high.
Has anybody tried both Jonyer Hiboki Special and P500 to compare ?

What is the weight of the P500 ?
How fast is it?
How hard is the outer ply ?

I like the soft outer ply of the JHS.

P500 Users could you please define playing charistics:

- speed
- feel
- flex
- control
- power
- ability to loop.
