Yo, have you tried the Neo H3? It's pretty good (if you aren't lazy). I love the Neo H3 on my FH.

If you must insist between 450 and 500, I would get the 500. To be honest, I haven't used the 450, but I have used the 500 and it was pretty good!. I actually liked it more for my BH than my FH though. It had a lot of feeling on my BH and it was easy to loop underspin, which is why I liked it.

T05 is a pretty good rubber as well. Very good at flicking and close to the table attacking. If you can afford and control it, it's worth it, in my humble opinion.

I think T05 would be very good for you, considering it feels very good on my KLHS. (I got my spare back from my friend I loaned it to).
