I was sorely tempted as I like the MX-S quite a bit, but decided to wait for the MX-S Infinity version to come out instead.

"The price is quite low, with 50 Euros.." (I suppose everything has to be compared with Tenergy and Dignics.)

Though TT11 has it for EUR41.58. I suppose once you add VAT it'll be over EUR50. I presume this is a new rubber (I haven't been keeping track). What I'd like to know is: what are the dimensions of the sheet, and does it say anything about where it's made on the packaging? The one sheet of MX-P I bought was 1cm longer than all the German (ESN) sheets I've bought, but was exactly the same length as that one sheet of Tenergy 05. Which makes me think it wasn't made in Germany. Tibhar has been quite coy about it, probably for good reason. However, the current regulations state that the rubber MUST have a statement about where it (or its components) are made on the packaging.

It is not a secret (any more) that all Evolution rubbers are made at ESN in Germany.
It was (and somewhat still is) part of Tibhars marketing strategy to make it appear as if they were made in Japan. Which is why they have Japanese on the package, have the JTTA logo on the back of the package, come in the same kind of packages that Japanense rubbers come in, and have the same size as Japanese rubbers.
When Evolutions were introduced, Tenergy was the clear benchmark, and ESN rubbers had the image of being trampolines. Which is why Tibhar wanted to create this image of a Japanese rubber, even if it wasn't. :P

WASTE of RUBBERS
Please be aware, according to WTA reports unsold overall stock of table tennis rubbers is now estimated at 20 larger than those realized on market. 50 usd for a rubber is an insane charging. This is waste of products as such, to be never sold off. Avid manufackers always looking for a larger lucracity.

The thing, though, is that there are now regulations in place that should make them state, on the package, where the rubbers are made. Are they complying with this, especially with the new sheets? If not, why not?

Yes it is clearly stated on the packaging, you can see it here:
