I was wondering, what is the slowest rubber you have used. So far im usind the PF4 and i was using the 729fx Supersoft, and still its a little to fast.
I really like rubbers with high throw

any suggestions?

Those are pretty slow, and the supersoft would have the higher throw... can't think it's anything much slower. Perhaps a slower blade, flexible and soft for a high throw...?

F3 (a tensor) for spinny looping, or Bty Tackiness C (original, not the new version) for chopping. Apparently the Tackiness C even works for looping at mid distance if you use an ultra hard/fast blade. The Bty will way out last a tensor. A guy at our club uses a 5 year old sheet with great success.

I've seen tackiness C mentioned a few times. I would have thought that 729 Supersoft would be as slow and have a higher throw since the topsheet is a little tacky in addition to having a soft sponge....?
