So lets recap.
Order from place.
Person feels company messed up and did poor job of taking responsibility. For most normal people that'd be the end of their business relationship with said company right there.
Then for some reason decides to order again and acknowledges, I'm extremely picky about rubber thickness (starting to get the picture here).
And of course, the customer feels the sponge thickness wasn't right.
Company says "We'll make it right. Here's your refund. Please don't order from us again. We don't want your business." which is their right to do if they want. Nobody is forced to do business with someone if they don't want to.
Customer's reaction? "You're racists!!!"
or it could just be you're a pain in the @$$ to deal with and not worth the money they'd make. But that racists card is just oh so easy to play isn't it? I mean you can honestly throw that out any time in life you ever feel you've been wronged. I find it ironic that one of your initial chief complaints about them was not taking any accountability. What about you? #Perspective

I didn't realize it was Yankahardon. In retrospect it's just the sort of thing he'd do. He used to post stuff like this up and down Usenet (not just in rec.sport.tabletennis), claiming that ITTF were racist and "glue addicts" were discriminating against choppers. He thought it would somehow get the attention of the IOC or the UN or someone, and they'd "put things right". The people in other newsgroups had no idea what was going on, of course, but he was just one nutter out of many. I'd hate to think of the sorts of videos he'd make if he started posting on YouTube.
